3. Online Entry
3.1. Entry into contests held at the Bathgate & West Lothian Highland Games may be made via this site at the discression of the relevant Convener.
3.2. B&WLHGA reserves the right to withdraw this facility without notice.
3.3. Entries will not be processed until a payment is received via PayPal, debit or credit card.
3.4. Entries are not valid until confirmed by e-mail or in writing by the relevant Convener.
3.5. Entries are subject to contest rules, details of which can be found on the appropriate page of this site or can be obtained from the Secretary or relevant Convener.
3.6. B&WLHGA accepts no responsibility for any errors in the electronic processing of entries - this is entirely at the applicant's risk.
4. Payments
4.1. Any payments made to B&WLHGA are made via PayPal and are subject to the terms and conditions laid down by PayPal.
4.2. Should you wish a refund of any payment, please note that this is subject to a 20% handling fee.
4.3. Orders and entries will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.
4.4. Receipts are available on request from the Media Convener.
4.5. B&WLHGA is not a registered charity and is not registered for VAT.
5. External Links
5.1. B&WLHGA do not accept responsibility for the content of external sites.
5.2. Hosting a link to an external web site bears no implication that B&WLHGA endorse, approve of or recommend the content or owner of said site in any way.
